Marcel has studied business economics, sales, marketing, leadership
and project management for over twenty years. He shares his knowledge
with business leaders and individuals, to help them transform to success.

Strong leadership skills

Born and grown up in Switzerland, Marcel lived and worked on 4 different continents. Which gave him a fascinating insight into different cultures and ways of doing business. He was able to observe first-hand how societies operate, and what it takes to become successful.

For decades, Marcel was working as a general manager in different environments. From small family-owned businesses up to large corporations such as 3M. Marcel gained more than 30 years of experience in all areas of a company. Furthermore, he also has a broad experience in the founding and development of Startups. In the last 15 years he founded 5 extremely successful companies himself.

Qualifications

Today, Marcel holds a Bachelor degree in Business Economics and Marketing. He has 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing, 15 years in General Management, and 10 years as Board member of Directors.

On top of these qualifications, Marcel gained a wide range of project management skills. From lean management, up to Six Sigma as a green and black belt. Furthermore, he has managed several large IT projects, from Enterprise Software implementation, to CRM developments, as well as digital marketing engagement projects.

Marcel helped our organization to focus on customer efficiency, which is the real growth factor. I was very impressed by his very quick comprehension and his passion for our business.
